Marketing
Advertising of property including the Triangle MLS, Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook groups, and 100+ more websites. Professional photography included.
Tenant Selection
We ensure that all tenants are a perfect fit for your rental.
Pay HOA Fees
We make it easy for you and your tenants by paying the HOA fees if applicable.
Tenant Screening
We screen all tenants with credit, criminal background checks, eviction history, and more.
Security Deposits Collection
We will collect and maintain all security deposits so you can focus on your tenants.
$200 One Time Admin Fee + $200 Leasing Fee + 8% of collected rent
To enable us to market your rental property to the best of our ability, we charge a one-time administration fee of $200. This covers professional photography and measurement by a licensed appraiser (with floor plan sketch). Our $200 leasing fee is charged upon finding and placing new tenants (this fee is not charged if the tenant renews). We also charge 8% of collected monthly rent for on-going management.

Repair Requests
We handle all maintenance and repair requests within a timely manner, and see them through to completion. We tailor this to fit our landlord's needs, as nobody likes surprise bills! In general we prioritize communication and try to give the landlord as much notice as possible about any maintenance requests.
Rent Collection
We collect the rent electronically and direct deposit the proceeds into your bank account.
No Vendor Coordination Fees
There will be no vendor coordination fees for you or your tenants.
Inspections
We inspect properties at move-in and move-out to minimize undetected property damage.
